Wood Avenue Inn, WE LOVE TO COOK. Over the years,
we have compiled many different recipes. We would like to share
some of these with you. Each week, you will find a different recipe
available on our web-site for you to print and try. Recipes listed
each week on this web-site will be archived so that you may find them

LEMON FREEZE
| 1, 15 oz. can of chilled milk |
1/4 teaspoon lemon extract |
| 1 cup sugar |
2 drops of yellow food color |
| 1/4 cup lemon juice |

Directions:
Line 9" x 9" inch pan with graham
cracker crumbs. Whip well, chilled milk. Add sugar, lemon juice, lemon
extract and food color.
Freeze.
Cut into squares and garnish with fresh spearmint from your herb garden. |
